That you ADAMU GARBA and 1 other at large on the 10th day of November, 2015 at Lisela Village Community along Kobape Sagamu Expressway in Obafemi Owode Local Government Area of Ogun State within the Abeokuta Judicial Division of the Federal High Court Nigeria did conspire to commit a felony to wit, willful destruction of street light cable belonging to Ogun State Government thereby committing an offence contrary to Section 3(6) Miscellaneous Offences Act Cap M17 laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004 and Punishable under Section 1(3)(a) of the Miscellaneous Offences Act Cap M17 laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004.
