BALKISU BELLO ALIYU, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Ruling): This ruling is in respect of an application made by way of a motion on notice filed on the 8th May 2019 by which the Applicants pray for the following reliefs: 

1. AN ORDER for enlargement of time within which the Applicants can seek for leave of this Honourable Court to appeal against the decision of the National Industrial Court, Ibadan Judicial Division delivered in Port Harcourt by Hon. Justice F. I. Kola Olalere on the 11th day of December 2018 in Suit No. NICN/IB/85/2013.
