AN ORDER of this Honourable Court granting leave to the Interested Parties/Appellants/Applicants, being the Chief Law Officers of all the 36 States of the Federation in Nigeria to appeal against the Judgment of High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, Coram, Honourable Justice O.
