<p style="text-align: justify"><strong>MOHAMMED DANJUMA, JCA (Delivering the Leading Judgement):</strong> This appeal is against the judgment of the National and State House of Assembly Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Kano, Kano State Coram: Hon. Justice Mohammed Lekan Owolabi (Chairman), Hon. Justice Balikisu Gambo Yusuf (Member I) and His Worship Binta Othman (Member II) delivered on the 23rd October, 2023, wherein the trial Tribunal dismissed the petition.
