UWABUNKEONYE ONWOSI, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Judgment): This is an appeal against the judgment of the High Court of Lagos State sitting at Badagry Judicial Division, delivered by HON. JUSTICE O.H. OSHODI on the 4th day of October, 2011 in Suit No. ID/2007/2000. The trial Court, on the 4th day of October, 2011, entered judgment for the 2nd & 3rd Respondents as per their counterclaim and dismissed the Appellant’s suit on the ground that the Appellant did not prove that there was a valid sale of the land in dispute to her and/or that she was entitled to the alternative reliefs. 

Dissatisfied with the judgment of the trial Court, the Appellant filed an Amended Notice of Appeal dated 10th May, 2017 on 23rd May, 2017.
