<p>TUNDE OYEBANJI AWOTOYE, J.C.A.(Delivering the Leading Judgment):This is the judgment in respect of the appeal of the Claimant/Appellant against the judgment of the Abia State High Court in suit No: HU/110/2010 AKOMAS v. ORJI and ORS delivered on 30/11/2010.</p><p>By his further Amended Claim at the lower Court, the Claimant claimed as follows:</p><p>1.
