JUDGMENT
This action commenced with the Plaintiffs issuing a writ on the 8th of November, 2017 claiming for;
1. A DECLARATION OF TITLE in favour of the Plaintiff over the land encroached upon and being development by the 1st Defendant together with the land wrongfully granted to the 3rd Defendant by the 1st Defendant and on which the 3rd defendant have erected a wooden structure being used as a church.
2. An order for recovery of possession of the land being developed by the 1st Defendant together with the land on which the 3rd Defendant have erected a wooden structure being used as a church.
3. A declaration that the 1st Defendant has no capacity to grant or alienate any part of Plaintiffs land to the 3rd Defendant.
4. A declaration that the 1st – 6th Defendants are trespassers on the Plaintiffs land.
