Judgement

BOLOUKUROMO MOSES UGO, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Judgment): This is a cross-appeal by the plaintiffs at the High Court of Kano State against the judgment of that Court 28th day of November, 2024 which found in favour of them and granted their claims against the then 1st – 3rd defendants, Abdulrauf Bala Rabiu, Ahmad Bala Rabiu and Aminu Yusuf Bako, Sarkin Karofi, of trespass to their property situate at No 28 Ibrahim Taiwo Road, Kano, but declined to grant them their 5th claim for: “₦10,000,000 (Ten Million Naira) per annum representing rent or mesne profit and or loss of use of the property from 15th November, 2007 until the date of judgment and thereafter until the defendants vacate possession of the property for the plaintiffs."
