ANPEC GLOBAL LINKS LTD V. ECO BANK (NIG) LTD

ELFRIEDA OLUWAYEMISI WILLIAMS-DAWODU, J.C.A. (Delivering The Leading Judgment): This appeal emanated from the judgment of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, delivered by Hon. Justice MaryAnn E. Anenih on December 14th 2011, wherein the claims of the Appellant (the Plaintiff at the Court below) against the Respondent (the Defendant at the Court below) failed and were dismissed.

Being dissatisfied, the Appellant approached this Court with its amended Notice of Appeal of November 22nd 2017, of Seven (7) Grounds, seeking the grant of reliefs 1 and 2 of the claims contained in its Statement of Claim. See pages 277 to 282 of the printed Record of appeal before this Court.
