YARGATA BYENCHIT NIMPAR, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This appeal is against the ruling of the High Court of Lagos State, sitting at Ikeja Judicial Division and delivered by HON. JUSTICE R.A. OSHODI on the 16th of April, 2024 in Charge No: ID/23253C/2025. The ruling struck out the Appellant’s bail Application on the ground that the Appellant did not comply with administrative bail granted him at the office of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission. The Court below ruled that the Appellant did not file a rebuttal evidence to challenge the facts in the respondent’s counter affidavit alleging that the Appellant jumped administrative bail.

Dissatisfied with the decision of the Court below, the Appellant filed a Notice of Appeal on the 6th of February, 2025, setting out 3 grounds of appeal.
