The facts briefly are that on 11 April 2015, the 3rd respondent, Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) conducted election to the Delta State House of Assembly for Warri South

Constituency 1. At the end of the election, the first respondent sponsored by the second respondent was declared as the winner of the election. Dissatisfied with the return of the 1st respondent, the appellants filed a petition at the lower tribunal, claiming the following reliefs:
