Nwapi Esq. A. M. Ekadi Esq., appeared for the 1st to 4th respondents, while G. I. Abibo Esq. (SAN) appeared for the 5th to 7th respondents leading: A. A. Abo Esq., C. E. Eze(Miss) and C. S. Maduba Esq. There was no appearance for the 8th, 9th and 10th respondents.
