<p><strong><span style="background-color: transparent">JUDGEMENT </span></strong></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent">By an amended Writ of Summons dated 1st December, 2014, the Plaintiff claims  against the Defendant the following reliefs: </span></p><p><em><span style="background-color: transparent">a. A declaration that the Defendant’s termination of the employment of the  Plaintiff with the Defendant on 8th August, 2014 was unlawful, unfair and  without any just cause. </span></em></p><p><em><span style="background-color: transparent">b. An order directed at the Defendant to compensate the Plaintiff in the sum of  GH₵192,000.00 being an average of twelve (12) months’ salary to enable the  Plaintiff stand on his feet whiles he looks for another job. </span></em></p><p><em><span style="background-color: transparent">c. An order directed at the Defendant to pay the Plaintiff the sum of  GH₵220,250.00 being commission on completed deals on twenty-four (24) units either sold or in the very final stages of sale as those deals were brought  in by the Plaintiff. </span></em></p><p><em><span style="background-color: transparent">d.
