The Claimant instituted this action vide a complaint dated the 28th day of February, 2017 and filed on the same date. The Claimant’s claims against the Defendants are as follows:

 A DECLARATION that the Claimant’s dismissal from the employment of the 1st and 2nd Defendants vide a letter dated 23rd November, 2016 served on the Claimant on the 30th day of November, 2016 is null, void and of no effect.

 AN ORDER setting aside the dismissal of the Claimant and all steps taking in that regard.

 AN ORDER directing the 1st and 2nd Defendants to reinstate the Claimant to his status as a Senior State Counsel without prejudice to entitlements and promotions which have accrued to him during the period of his dismissal.

 AN ORDER of perpetual injunction restraining all the Defendants, their agents, servants, privies, assigns, officials and in whatsoever name called from interfering and further interfering with the Claimant’s performance of duties as a civil servant under the Bayelsa State Government …
