JUDGMENT

Plaintiff is an ex employee of Defendant, the latter being a banking institution Plaintiff whilst in the employ of Defendant lived in accommodation provided bythe latter. Defendant requested Plaintiff severally to vacate the saidaccommodation to enable redevelopment. Plaintiff failed and or refused tovacate the accommodation in spite of an alternative accommodation providedhim by Defendant. His ground of refusal was that, the accommodation heoccupied was governed by a valid subsisting license agreement, the terms ofwhich defendant must comply with. Failing to vacate the accommodation, Defendant queried him to which he gave a response. Defendant did not find the response acceptable thus applied the following sanctions: that Plaintiff would forfeit his annual bonus, his promotion would be frozen for one year and he would lose his annual salary increment for 2014.
