J U D G M E N T 

Benjamin Henaku Boahene (hereinafter called the Petitioner) and Aisha Labbaika Kamagtey (hereinafter called the Respondent) were married on the 19th day of January, 2013 under Gonja customary law. This was converted to an Ordinance Marriage (Cap 127) (1951 Rev.) on the 21st day of January 2013.  There is one issue of the marriage. A boy by name Aiden Papa Kofi Ansah  Boahene. The Petitioner is an Events Manager living in Ghana whilst the  Respondent is a Ghanaian living and working in the United Kingdom. 

On the grounds that the Respondent has behaved in such a way that the Petitioner cannot reasonably be expected to live with her as the Respondent has caused the Petitioner much emotional and psychological trauma, pain, anxiety, distress and stress, the Petitioner filed a petition on the 12th of August 2015 praying the Court for the dissolution of the Ordinance Marriage, between the  parties to the suit on the 21st day of January 2013 at the Offices of the Registrar  …
