EKPE, JCA (Delivering the Lead Judgment): This appeal by the appellants is against the Order of Bench Warrant made by Nwaogwugwu, J. in suit No. FHC/AK/M28/98 at the Federal High Court, Calabar on 17th of February, 1999. The background facts leading to this appeal are of a considerable length and interwoven. However, as gleaned from the records of the appeal the facts may be summarised thus: 2nd appellant is the Managing Director of the 1st appellant, a limited liability Company, engaged in the business of importation and sale of frozen fish. One Sab Allied Ventures Ltd. also a limited liability Company at all material times prior to this case had maintained cordial business relationship with the 1st appellant by purchasing and selling the 1st appellants’ imported frozen fish.
