OGUNTADE, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Ruling): We concluded the hearing of this application yesterday 14-7-99. The issues involved imposed an urgency.
The applicant prays for an order "discharging or suspending or varying (in the terms set forth in the schedule hereto) the ex parte orders made by the lower court on the 26th day of April, 1999 pending the hearing and determination of the appeal filed against the ruling of the lower court made on the 4th day of June, 1999.
The terms of variation proposed read thus:-
"1. Discharging or suspending the order of the lower court appointing the Chief Registrar of the Federal High Court or her substitute as Receiver Manager of the appellant.
2. Discharging or suspending the order of the lower court restraining the 3rd and 4th Respondents from entering:
a. Plot 1115A Adeola Odeku Street, Victoria Island, Lagos.
b. Shop 5, 2nd Floor, 14 Idowu Martins Street Lagos.
