TANI YUSUF HASSAN, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This appeal is against the Ruling of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja delivered on the 4th day of May, 2016 in Suit No. FCT/HC/CV/1556/2016, by Justice A. I. Kutigi.
The Respondent as plaintiff at the Lower Court by a Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim dated 18th April, 2016 and filed on 22nd of April, 2016 claims jointly and severally against the defendants (appellants herein) as follows:
