JUDGMENT 


The parties were married under the Marriage Ordinance (Cap 127) (1951 Rev.) on the 6th day of August, 2000 at the Triumphant Christian Centre, Accra. There are two issues of the marriage Francisca Onumah who is 16 years old and Francis  Onumah who is 12 years old. 

Per the Petition filed on the 8th day August, 2016, the petitioner is seeking the dissolution of the marriage and custody of the two children of the marriage. The Petitioner filed a witness statement which was adopted as her evidence-in chief. In the witness statement, she stated that after the marriage the parties  cohabited at 1st Stop, Dansoman Estates and Sahara, both in Accra. She testified further that the Respondent left for the United States of America ( hereinafter called the USA) in the year 2003 and that he has since not returned.
