CONSENT JUDGMENT
1. There is on the record Terms of Settlement document, duly executed by parties in this litigation. The terms of settlement, contained therein, is a product of Court Assisted ADR ordered by this Court.
I therefore, enter judgment in favour of parties, in accordance with the terms they have accepted as contained in the Terms of Settlement document filed on 26/02//2020 that is; Both parties have compromised to arrange the burial of Charles Duamroh Bortey (deceased).
Parties have further agreed that after the burial of Charles Duamroh Bortey, the stool father of Dzange We Clan of Nungua and Nii Borketey Wulu Dzasetse of Dzangwe Clan shall ensure that all necessary customary rights shall be performed after which they shall open the door of the deceased Charles Duamroh Bortey and produce the land documents covering Adukonkpor and Onyai Akua lands all in the Greater Accra Region which was in the possession of the deceased to Charles Bortei Duamroh.
