Judgement

J U D G M E N T 

Charles Breni (hereinafter called the Petitioner and Frederica Blege (hereinafter called the Respondent) were married under the Marriage Ordinance  (Cap 127) (1951 Rev.) on the 6th day of November, 2007 at the Office of the Principal Registrar of Marriage, Accra. 

This petition was filed on the 20th day of January, 2014 and the Petitioner is claiming that as a result of the unreasonable behaviour of the Respondent he can  no longer live with her as husband and wife and prayed for the following reliefs: 

i. That the said marriage celebrated between the parties dated the 6th day  of November, 2007 be dissolved. 

ii. That custody of the child of the marriage be given to the Respondent  with reasonable access to the petitioner. 

iii. That each party bears his or her own cost of legal fees incidental to this  suit.

The Respondent in her Answer filed on the 28th day of May, 2015 denied that  the marriage has broken down beyond reconciliation.
