RITA NOSAKHARE PEMU, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): On the 21st of May, 2015, the Appellant was convicted of the offences of conspiracy to export Amphetamine, unlawful possession of Amphetamine and unlawful exporting of Amphetamine, contrary to the provisions of Section 14 (b); 19 and 11 (b) of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency Act, Cap N 30 LFN 2004.
SYNOPSIS OF FACTS
Vide an Amended Charge dated and filed on 28th of April 2015, - Pages 1 2 of the Record of Appeal. The Appellant was charged with the Offences earlier adumbrated. She was sentenced to 10 years, 10 years and 20 years respectively.
Aggrieved by the decision of the Court below the Appellant appealed the decision, vide Amended Notice of Appeal, filed on the 5th of December, 2017 encapsulating six (6) Grounds of Appeal.
