Judgement

ABOKI, J.S.C. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This appeal is against the judgment of the Court of Appeal, sitting at Port-Harcourt, (hereafter called the court below), delivered on the 17thof May, 2013.

The appellants herein, who were sued by the respondent in suit no. KHC/4/2006, for sundry claims, counter claimed and prayed for the following reliefs:

1.A declaration that the plaintiff is no longer the Amada-Owei of Oloibiri Community in Kolokuma/OpokumaLocal Government Area of Bayelsa State.

2.An order compelling/directing the plaintiff not to hold himself out in whatever capacity as the Amada-Oweiof Oloibiri Community in Kolokuma Opokuma Local Government Area of Bayelsa State.

 3.An order directing the plaintiff not to interfere and/or disturb in whatever form, the 1st defendant as the acting Amada-Owei of Oloibiri Community in Kolokuma/Opokuma Local Government Area of Bayelsa State.
