Judgement

STEPHEN JONAH ADAH, JCA (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This appeal is against the judgment of the National Assembly Election Petition Tribunal of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja in Petition No: EPT/FCT/S/03/2019 delivered on the 2?1h day of August, 2019 Coram: A.O. Ezeoke J; G.A. Summonu, J; and E. A. Alade, J wherein the Petition of the appellants was dismissed. The Appellants were the petitioners at the tribunal. The 1st and 2nd Respondents were still the 1st and 2nd Respondents and the 3rd Respondent remains the 3rd Respondent both at the tribunal and before the appellate court. The petition arose from the election conducted by the 1st Respondent into the Senate of the National Assembly Seat for the Federal Capital Territory. At the election of the 23rd day of February 2019, the 1st Respondent conducted elections into the Senate of the National Assembly for the FCT and duly returned PDP and its candidate Hon.
