JUDGMENT

ASUMAN-ADU, J.

On 3^rd February, 2009, the plaintiff instituted an action against the defendant and pursuant to this court’s order on 22^nd day of April, 2009 he filed an amended writ and statement of claim on 5^th May 2009 claiming as follows:-

(a) A declaration that by virtue of verbal utterances made by the defendant’s Chief Executive Officer and General Manager at a meeting on the 22^nd January 2009 convened at the defendant’s premises to the effect that the plaintiff and one Emmanuel Duker are fired the defendant had unlawfully, wrongfully and unfairly terminated the plaintiff’s appointment.

(b) A declaration that by the unlawful, wrongful and unfair termination of the plaintiff’s appointment by the defendant, the plaintiff had been declared redundant.

(c) General damages for unlawful, wrongful and unfair termination.

(d) An order compelling the defendant to pay the plaintiff all his End of Service Benefits as contained in the defendant’s own Conditions of Service for Executive Ma…
