J U D G M E N T
The Petitioner per her petition filed on the 4th day of April 2015 is seeking the dissolution of the marriage contracted under the Marriage Ordinance (Cap 127) between the Petitioner and the Respondent on the 1st day of November, 1994, at the Principal Registrar of Marriages Office, Accra, on the ground that the Respondent has behaved in such way that the petitioner cannot reasonably be expected to live with him.
The Petitioner who is a dealer in wood is praying for reliefs against the Respondent as follows:
i. That the marriage in fact celebrated between the parties be dissolved.
ii. That the under- mentioned properties which were jointly acquired by the parties during the subsistence of the marriage be divided equally by this Court upon the dissolution of the marriage:
a) Block Factory at Ofankor
b) 8 bedroom self-contained house located at Ofankor, Congo Villa.
c) 2 bedroom house at Iron City, Kasoa.
d) 4 bedroom house, Asempa Down, Kasoa.
