JUDGMENT
Plaintiff is a waste recycling Company registered under the Laws of Ghana as a Limited liability company. Plaintiff averred that on the 2nd day of September 2009, it rented two bedroom house, No. 14 Densu street, New Ashongman, Accra from the late Seth Micah Bonnie which was renewable. After the demise of the late Seth Micah Bonnie, the Defendant wrote to plaintiffs indicating that she was the Administratrix of the Estate of Seth Micah Bonnie. By virtue of the tenancy agreement plaintiff will notify the Landlord three clear months before the end of the tenancy whether the tenancy be renewed at a mutually agreeable term and rent amount.
