ESSIEN J (DELIVERING THE RULING): The Judgment creditor applicant by a motion on notice dated 3/10/2018, brought pursuant to S. 254C(1), S. 287(3) of the 1999 constitution as amended. S. 10 of the NIC Act 2006 and Order 49 Rules 12 and Order 63 Rule 6 of the NIC Rules 2011, sought the following relieves from this court.
