GALADIMA, JCA (Delivering the Lead Ruling): By its application dated 24/5/2003, the applicant (hereinafter referred to as the “applicant”) is seeking the following prayers. “(a) An order of injunction restraining the plaintiff/respondent either by himself, his agents, workmen, privies or any other person claiming thro ugh him fro m carrying on any construction work or doing any other thing on the land in dispute situate, lying and being at Maryland Crescent, Onigbongbo, Ikeja, pending the determination of the appeal filed in this case. i.e. suit No. ID/531/95 presided over by Justice D.
