ABIRU JCA (Delivering the Lead Judgment): This appeal is against the judgment of the High Court of Kaduna State in suit No. KDH/KAD/155/2008, delivered by Honourable Justice Isa Aliyu on 24 September 2013. The appellant was the plaintiff in the lower court and his claims were for:
The sum of ā¦300,000.00 (three hundred thousand naira), being the outstanding credit owed by the defendant in favour of the plaintiff from the sale of a complete V6 125 Mercedes Engine on 1 March 2008.
Cost of this action in the sum of ā¦100,000.00 (one hundred thousand naira), which represents the total fees the plaintiff paid to his solicitors for the prosecution of this action.
