<p><strong> EDOZIE, JCA (Delivering the lead : ): </strong> Before the Lagos High Court in suit No. LD/82/94, the judgment creditor/appellant herein as plaintiff sued as defendants, the judgment debtors/respondents jointly and severally on the undefended list for debt arising from financial transactions between A them. On 10th of November, 1995, judgment was entered in favour of the appellant against the respondents in the sum of N899,557.50 with interest at the rate of 15% per annum from 15/4/93 until the entire sum is paid with N2,000 costs. The judgment was on 22/11/95 registered in the Calabar High Court for the purpose of enforcement against the respondents who were at all material times resident in Calabar, Cross River State.
