Judgement

JUDGMENT

This suit commenced with the issuance of a writ of summons and statement of claim in which was endorsed the following reliefs;

a. An order directed at the first defendant to pay all the rent arrears due as at 31st May, 2018 of GH¢21,550 and pay rent for their subsequent stay in the property until date of eviction.

b. An eviction order for the 1st and 2nd defendants to vacate the house within months from the date of the Order.

c. Costs of this suit including lawyer’s fees.

THE CASE OF THE PLAINTIFF

The plaintiff is a Private Auditor in Accra who sues through his lawful attorney Bright Afotey. The 1st defendant is a tenant of the Plaintiff in his property number Plot 32b, Teshie Greda Estates, Teshie, Accra and a Member of Parliament. The 2nd defendant is a brother-in-law of the 1st D Defendant and is the present occupant of the house in issue.
