The High Court, Accra on 19th August, 2009 granted Letters of Administration  in respect of the Estate of Col. Emmanuel Kwesi Osei Owusu, late of Accra  who died intestate on 22nd July, 2006 to: </span></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent">i. Esther Osei Owusu </span></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent">ii. Daniel Osei Owusu </span></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent">iii. Kingsley Osei Owusu </span></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent">2. The administrators were unable to agree on the distribution of the estate. 3. This present action was instituted by Daniel Osei Owusu and Kingsley Osei  Owusu as Plaintiff’s against Esther Osei Owusu as Defendant for the reliefs  set out below: </span></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent">The Plaintiff’s Claim is for: </span></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent">a. An Order for the Estate to be distributed in accordance with Law.</span></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent">b.
