Introduction:
[1] When Isaac Krampah, the 1st Defendant in this case sat in the driver‟s seat of a Dodge Sprinter commuter bus vehicle with registration No. ER 1779-14 in the wee hours of August 5, 2014 from Accra to Takoradi, little did he know that he was setting in motion a chain of events which would lead to horrific casualties...a pelvic contusion, left femure fracture, forehead haematoma, scars, surgery, weeks of convalescence in the hospital, death of about four persons and a law suit
[2] This action arises out of a vehicle accident that occurred at Gomoa Adawukwa on the Accra-Winneba road on August 5, 2014 at about 5:30 A.M., when the 1st and 2nd Plaintiffs were fare paying passengers on another Sprinter bus with registration Number ER 553-10 together with the 3rd Plaintiff‟s late wife, Adama Azus.
