JUDGMENT

ADJEI, J.A

The Defendant/Appellant (hereafter called the Defendant) appeals against the judgment of the Circuit Court, Koforidua delivered on 30th October, 2015.

The Defendant dissatisfied with the said judgment of the Circuit Court filed an appeal against it to this Court on 13th November, 2015. The Plaintiff/Respondent in this appeal shall maintain her designation at the Court below as Plaintiff.

The brief facts of the case as could be deciphered from the record of appeal are that the Plaintiff bought a twenty acre land from one Kwame Kissede Kwaasi  who  described himself as the head and lawful representative of Anonkore Clan by conveyance executed between Kwame Kissiedie Kwaasi and the Plaintiff, dated 6th December, 2000 and  registered by the Lands Commission in 2014.
