AMINA ADAMU AUGIE, J.C.A (Delivering the Leading Judgment): The Appellant, a political party, nominated and sponsored 24 candidates for the election into the Zamfara State House of Assembly, and dissatisfied with the return and declaration of the 24 candidates of ANPP (the 3rd Respondent), as the duly elected Members of the said House of Assembly, the Appellant presented a Petition at the Zamfara State Governorship and Legislative Houses Election Tribunal (hereinafter referred to as the Tribunal), wherein it prayed that the Tribunal determine and order -

(a) That the elections conducted on 14th April, 2007 and the bye - elections conducted on the 28th April, 2007 were a nullity, the same having been conducted without verified and authenticated voters' register in breach of the 1999 Constitution and Electoral Act.
