<p class="ql-align-center"><strong><span style="background-color: transparent">CONSENT JUDGMENT </span></strong></p><p> <span style="background-color: transparent">The parties have filed terms of settlement. The terms were signed by both parties in  the presence of their respective Lawyers as follows: </span></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent">1. That the marriage celebrated between the Petitioner and Respondent under  customary law in Sunyani in the Brong Ahafo Region of the Republic of Ghana on the 27th July 1996 and subsequently under the ordinance on the 17th September 1998 at the Registrar General’s Department, Accra be dissolved. </span></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent">2. That the parties be ordered to bear their own litigation expenses and legal fees  in this suit. </span></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent">3. That nine (9) numbered landed properties were obtained during the subsistence of the marriage by the parties. </span></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent">4. The Petitioner shall have two (2) of the said plots of land Petitioner bought through a scheme at her workplace in the joint names of the parties provided that the respondent shall execute a Deed of Assignment in favour of the Petitioner which Assignment shall be done within two weeks from the date of  the adoption of the terms…</span></p>
