<p style="text-align: justify"><strong><u>JUDGMENT</u></strong></p><p style="text-align: justify"><strong><u>BACKGROUND</u></strong></p><p style="text-align: justify">[1] The Plaintiff/Judgment Creditor commenced an action against the Defendant on 10 October 2014.</p><p style="text-align: justify">[2] On 25 January 2023, the Court differently constituted entered judgment in favour of the Judgment Creditor against the Judgment Debtor for the recovery of the sum of Twenty-Eight Thousand, Nine Hundred and Eighty-Nine Ghana Cedis, Six Pesewas (GHC28,989.06).</p><p style="text-align: justify">[3] The Plaintiff/Judgment Creditor filed an Entry of Judgment and served same on the Judgment Debtor.
