JUDGMENT
This case commenced by the issuance of a writ of summons and Statement of Claim dated the 20th of April, 2015 which writ was amended per one filed on the 31st of July, 2015 with the Plaintiff Company seeking the following reliefs against the Defendant Bank;
(a) Declaration from this Honourable Court that the seizure of the Plaintiff’s air conditioned Toyota bus with registration number GW 3783 Q in the year 2000 by the defendant company was wrong.
(b) Order from the Honourable court directed at the defendants for the return/replacement of the new air conditioned Toyota bus with registration number GW 3783 Q seized by the defendant company in same state and condition as when seized or the payment of current value of the bus.
(c) Order from this Honourable court directed at the defendant for the payment of damages for wrongful seizure of plaintiff’s new air conditioned Toyota bus with registration number GW 3783 Q by the defendant company.
