THE RULING OF THE COURT

The court delivered judgment in this appeal on 15th February, 2023 and made an order for valuation of land that was part of the subject matter of the case and another order for accounts. The orders have been carried out and the valuation officer testified and tendered his valuation report. The value of the land given by the valuation officer was not controverted in cross examination by either party. The accounts ordered have been filed in the court by the 2nd and 3rd Defendants/Appellants/Respondents companies and they too have not been challenged. Wherefore the court now makes the following consequential orders;

1. The 1st Defendant/Appellant/Respondent is hereby ordered to pay to the 1st Plaintiff/Respondent/Appellant the sum of the current Ghana Cedis equivalent of USD 117,000.00 being the court’s determination of the value of the land which formed part of the subject matter of this case.
