MR. PRECIOUS MONDAY EDOMWONYI V. MS. NAOMI BOSE EGUAVOEN

LATEEF ADEBAYO GANIYU, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Judgment): This appeal emanated from the judgment of Edo State High Court of Justice, sitting in Benin City which is contained at page 244-288 of the record of appeal, delivered on the 5th Day of March, 2018 Coram: V. O. A. Oviawe J. (hereinafter called “the TRIAL COURT”) wherein the trial Court granted the Claimant (hereinafter called “the RESPONDENT”) and dismissed the Defendant (hereinafter called “the APPELLANT) counter-claim. 

Dissatisfied with the said decision of the trial Court, the Appellant appealed to this Court vide her notice of appeal filed on 17-4-18 which is contained at page 296- 300 of the record and thereafter filed a further amended notice of appeal on 18/11/2024 containing seven grounds of appeal which without their particulars run thusly:
