<p><strong><span style="background-color: transparent">JUDGMENT: </span></strong></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent">The Petitioner and Respondent were married at the Office of the Principal Registrar of Marriages, Accra, under the Marriage Ordinance 1884 – 1985  (Cap 127), on 13th May 2013. The Marriage which was celebrated under license Number SL0291080, was evidenced by a Marriage Certificate  Number RGM 1258/2013. </span></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent">The husband – Petitioner issued this Petition against his wife, the  Respondent praying for the following reliefs; </span></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent">i. That the marriage in fact celebrated between the parties be  dissolved.</span></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent">ii. That the Respondent be granted custody of the child of the  marriage (Israel Oswald Ephraim Moses) with the Petitioner being  given visitation rights, and rights for the child to spend school  holidays with the Petitioner. </span></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent">iii. That the Respondent be ordered to make to the Petitioner such maintenance pending suit and thereafter such periodic payments  as may be just. </span></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent">iv.
