MOJEED ADEKUNLE OWOADE, JCA (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This is an Appeal against the decision of the Federal High Court sitting at Abuja presided over by Honourable Justice J.T. Tsoho delivered on 27th May 2016 on an Originating Motion dated and filed by the Respondent along with three other persons.
