ADEBUKUNOLA ADEOTI BANJOKO, JCA (DELIVERING THE LEADING JUDGEMENT): This Appeal is against the Judgment delivered by Honorable Justice TAIWO O. TAIWO of the Federal High Court, Abuja on the 21st Day of September, 2021 in Suit No FHC/ABJ/CS/1222/2020, contained at Pages 977-1014 of the Record of Appeal.

Dissatisfied with the Judgment, the Appellant filed Two (2) Notices of Appeal, but relied on the one filed on the 6th Day of December, 2021, seen at Pages 1033 to 1051 of the Record of Appeal, filed on the 2011 Day of December, 2021.

In the Notice of Appeal, the Appellant founded this Appeal on 16 Grounds as set out on Pages 1016 to 1029 of the Record. Consequently, he sought the following reliefs from this Court.

(1) An Order allowing this Appeal,

(2) An Order setting aside the Decision of the Trial Court as stated in this Appeal,

(3) Such Order or Further Orders as this Honorable Court may deem fit to make in the circumstance of this Case.
