TERMS OF SETTLEMENT
THIS SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT is made this 29th day of July, 2019 between Emmanuel Abeikuy Mayne-Eghan and 38 others (the names
of whom are provided in the schedule of Plaintiffs (the “Plaintiffs” herein of the one part and (1) Achimota Gold Club, (2) the Board of Trustess of Achimota Club and (3) The Management Committee (the
“Defendants” herein) of the other part.
WHEREAS:
A. On June 19, 2019 the Plaintiffs commenced this suit against the Defendants seeking the reliefs endorsed therein.
B. On June 26 2019, the Defendants entered conditional
appearance.
C. Pursuant to discussions held between Parties, the Parties have mutually agreed to settle the matter amicably by the terms and
conditions herein.
IT IS AGREED AS FOLLOWS:

1.1. All the 39 Plaintiffs listed in the schedule of Plaintiffs hereto are currently golfers nominated by Calbank Ltd under the its Corporate Membership until the end of the
2019 subscription year, 31st December, 2019.
