<p class="ql-align-center"><strong><span style="background-color: transparent">JUDGMENT </span></strong></p><p class="ql-align-center"><br></p><p><strong><span style="background-color: transparent"> </span></strong><span style="background-color: transparent">The parties were married on the 21st day of October 2006 under the Marriage Ordinance (Cap 127) (1951 Rev.) at the Deeper Life Bible Church, Kajebi. The  Petitioner is a Human Resource Manager of Conservania Africana Ghana Limited. The Respondent works with the Ghana Fire Service with the rank of  Group Fire Officer. </span></p><p> <span style="background-color: transparent">The marriage did not produce any issue save that the Respondent had three children from two previous relationships.
