AGUDA, J.: The claim of the Plaintiffs against the defendant in this suit as amended twice (each time by leave of court) is for the sum of £1,149.14 7d being the balance of the price of goods (petroleum products) sold and delivered by the Plaintiffs to the defendant at the defendant’s request at Ibadan sometimes between 1965 and 1967. The defendant also filed a counter-claim against the Plaintiff's claiming the sum of £402.12 being special and general damages suffered as a result of the Plaintiffs’ wrongful termination of the defendant’s appointment as Station Manager in Ibadan under the Plaintiffs in May, 1967. Later when it is time for me to consider the counter-claim, I shall specify the particulars as contained in the defendant’s counter-claim.
