Judgement

JUDGMENT: 

The parties to this Petition, were married on 11th December 2011 in Kasoa, under the Marriages Act 1884 – 1985 (CAP 127). The Wife - Petitioner filed  this Petition against her husband, the Respondent on the ground that the marriage has broken down beyond reconciliation. By the said Petition, she  seeks the following reliefs; 

a. That the marriage between the parties contracted on the 11th day of  December 2011, be dissolved and custody of the children of the  marriage , Pearl Batsa aged eight (8) years and Peggy Batsa, aged seven  (7) years be given to Petitioner with access to the Respondent.  

b. An order to compel Respondent to pay for feeding for the Petitioner and  the two (2) children of the marriage from 1st August, 2015 to the date of  final payment.

c. Maintenance of the children of the marriage including payment of all  educational and medical expenses as well as clothing.
