<p class="ql-align-center"><strong><span style="background-color: transparent">JUDGEMENT</span></strong></p><p><strong>OWUSU, J.</strong></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent">By a further amended Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim dated 22nd January, 2016, the Plaintiffs are claiming the following:  </span></p><p><em><span style="background-color: transparent">a. A declaration that the Communiqu</span></em><span style="background-color: transparent">é </span><em><span style="background-color: transparent">on the conclusion and signing of 1st Collective  Bargaining Agreement (CBA) on the GRA/PSWI-TUC Standing Joint Negotiating  Committee at a meeting held on Thursday 22nd December 2011 which unilaterally,  unlawfully and illegally amended or varied the 1st January 2011 agreement is null, void  and of no legal effect whatsoever. </span></em></p><p><em><span style="background-color: transparent">b. A declaration that the Defendant is estopped from reneging on the express terms and  conditions of the 1st January 2011 agreement. </span></em></p><p class="ql-align-justify"><em><span style="background-color: transparent">c. An order directed at the GRA to pay all end of service/retirement benefits due the  Plaintiffs by virtue of the 1st January 2011 agreement forthwith. </span></em></p><p class="ql-align-justify"><em><span style="background-color: transparent">d.
